As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in growing the customer base worldwide. You will generate new leads, engage with prospects, and work closely with both sales and customer success teams to fuel the companyβs rapid expansion.
This is a hands-on role where autonomy and initiative are highly valued. You will be based in the Amsterdam headquarters, in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.
What Youβll Do
β Identify and engage prospects globally to fill the CRM with qualified leads
β Initiate conversations via cold calling and outreach campaigns
β Work with internal sales teams to convert leads into active customers
β Schedule appointments for sales representatives
β Conduct market research and mapping to uncover new opportunities
β Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover
β Become an expert on the platform and its features

What Weβre Looking For
β 1+ year of experience in sales (SaaS experience preferred)
β Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
β Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude
β Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced start-up environment
β Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
β Interest in tech, start-ups, or the SaaS ecosystem
