About the Role

As a Finance & Accounting Specialist, you’ll join the finance team and support multiple companies within the group by ensuring smooth and accurate financial administration. From processing invoices to collaborating with the CFO on financial tasks, your role will have a direct impact on keeping operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Handle accounts payable: processing supplier invoices in ERP systems and online finance tools
🔹 Create and manage payment batches for supplier settlements
🔹 Support the CFO and Assistant Controller with ongoing finance-related tasks
🔹 Perform a variety of bookkeeping and accounting activities
🔹 Collaborate with different departments to meet internal financial needs

What We’re Looking For

✔ Associate degree (MBO) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
✔ 3–5 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role
✔ Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✔ Accurate, detail-focused, and well-organized
✔ Discreet, reliable, and responsible with sensitive information
✔ Analytical and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
